Helios Solar AG, based in Munich, has announced its IPO on the General Standard. The flotation involves a public offering of up to 7.6 million shares at an offer price of €4.00 per share. The offer period is expected to begin on 22 June and end on 6 July 2026. The first day of trading is scheduled for 28 July 2026. The company operates in the field of photovoltaic solutions, with a focus on South-East Asia.
