The subscription period for shares in Ottobock SE & Co. KGaA will run from 30 September to 7 October 2025. The price range is between €62 and €66, corresponding to a market capitalisation of up to €4.2 billion. The placement of new shares in the Prime Standard segment is expected to generate proceeds of up to €100 million. The free float is around 19 per cent. Following the spin-off of Continental's automotive division Aumovio, this is therefore a very large IPO.
