With the spin-offs of TKMS (ThyssenKrupp Marine Service) from the ThyssenKrupp Group and Aumovio from the Continental Group, there have recently been some prominent new names on the stock market. In addition, prosthetics manufacturer Ottobock ventured onto the stock market at the beginning of October 2025 with a genuine IPO involving a capital increase. Overall, however, the 2025 new issue class has fallen short of its potential – at least so far.
