Die neuen konvertierten Aktien haben die WKN A41YDL. An der Vermögensposition der Aktionäre ändert sich nichts. Statt beispielsweise 1.000 Pyramid-Aktien zu einem Kurs von 0,73 Euro stehen nun 250 Aktien mit einem rechnerischen Kurs von jeweils 2,92 Euro im Depot. Anleger brauchen nichts zu tun, die Umstellungen nimmt die jeweilige Depotbank vor. Insgesamt hat sich die Zahl der Pyramid-Aktien von 23.068.172 auf 5.767.043 reduziert. Sinnvoll ist die Kapitalmaßnahme für das in den Bereichen Spezialdisplays und Industrieserver tätige Unternehmen insbesondere deshalb, weil der Mindestausgabekurs für Kapitalerhöhungen hierzulande 1,00 Euro beträgt. Entsprechend war die bilanzielle Stärkung für Pyramid durch das vorherige Penny-Stock-Terrain formal verbaut. ...
