Euro ein. Der Gewinn vor Steuern aus dem Deal beträgt fast 107 Mio. Euro. Gleichzeitig soll ein wesentlicher Teil des Geldes möglichst zügig an die Aktionäre zurückfließen. Rund 180 Mio. Euro stehen dafür im Raum. Für die Investmentstory der Beteiligungsgesellschaft ist das ein Einschnitt – und vielleicht sogar der spannendste Moment seit dem Börsengang.
