Das ging schnell: Im November 2025 hat der Aktienkurs von Koenig & Bauer bislang um mehr als 25 Prozent an Wert eingebüßt und ist – erstmals seit gut einem Jahr – zurück in einstellige Regionen gerutscht. Der damit einhergehende Börsenwert von nur noch gut 161 Mio. Euro entspricht nicht einmal mehr der Hälfte des zum Ende des dritten Quartals ausgewiesenen Eigenkapitals von 330 Mio. Euro. Nun wird die Aktie des Druckmaschinenherstellers schon seit geraumer Zeit mit einem Abschlag zum Buchwert gehandelt. So ausgeprägt wie momentan ist der Discount aber lange nicht gewesen. Das ist zunächst einmal deshalb verwunderlich, weil die Leibinger Consulting AG – die Unternehmerfamilie Leibinger ist unter anderem auch bei der ebenfalls börsennotierten Maschinenfabrik Berthold Hermle beteiligt – ihren Anteil von bislang 15,07 Prozent zuletzt auf 20,04 Prozent aufgestockt hat. ...
