Am Ende scheiterte Hastor jedoch mit dem als feindlich eingestuften Vorstoß und Grammer bekam mit Ningbo Jifeng einen weißen Ritter. Für die Chinesen war die Offerte zu 60 Euro je Aktie bislang zwar ein denkbar schlechtes Geschäft, immerhin rutschte die Notiz im Zuge der heftigen operativen Verluste 2024 in deutlich einstellige Chartregionen. Doch zumindest zeigen die Fundamentaldaten bei Grammer seit 2025 wieder in die richtige Richtung. Für Streubesitzaktionäre – Ningbo Jifeng hält 86,2 Prozent der Aktien – gibt es somit interessante Perspektiven. ...
