In weiten Teilen liest sich der Geschäftsbericht 2025 von Cliq Digital absolut abschreckend: Die Umsätze des auf Streaming-Services spezialisierten Unternehmens schmelzen momentan so rapide wie Eis in der Sonne. Nach einem ohnehin schon heftigen Umsatzeinbruch von 243 auf 132 Mio. Euro rechnet der Vorstand für 2026 nur noch mit Erlösen zwischen 40 und 60 Mio. Euro. Offenbar findet die Gesellschaft kein wirksames Mittel gegen die regulatorisch eingeschränkten Zahlungsabwicklungs- und Vermarktungsmöglichkeiten. Entsprechend drastisch senkt das Unternehmen andererseits aber auch die Kosten und peilt für das laufende Jahr ein EBITDA (Ergebnis vor Zinsen, Steuern und Abschreibungen) zwischen 0 und 5 Mio. Euro – nach minus 6,4 Mio. Euro für 2025. Börsentechnisch zieht sich Cliq Digital mit dem demnächst wirksam werdenden Rückzug aus dem Scale-Segment weiter zurück Richtung Open Market. ...
