Es war eine komplexe Transaktion, bestehend aus Barkapitalerhöhung und der Einbringung von Rück- und Zinszahlungsansprüchen aus einem vom Großaktionär Active Ownership im Frühjahr 2025 an H2APEX gewährten Wandeldarlehen über 20 Mio. Euro – nun meldet die H2APEX Group aber Vollzug. Die bereits Ende April avisierten 30 Mio. Euro zur Finanzierung des Kaufpreises für die Übernahme von HH2E Werk Lubmin (siehe dazu auch unseren Bericht HIER) sowie die Fortführung des bereits bestehenden Wasserstoffprojekts in Lubmin an der Ostsee sind damit gesichert. Eine enorm wichtige Meldung für die H2APEX Group mit operativem Sitz in Rostock-Laage. Der bereits frühzeitig kommunizierte Bezugspreis für die neuen Aktien blieb dabei mit 2,20 Euro deutlich über der aktuellen Notiz von 1,95 Euro. ...
