Die Deutsche Rohstoff AG (DRAG) nutzt das Momentum beim Ölpreis und baut ihr Bohrprogramm über die US-Tochter 1876 Resources signifikant aus. Das geht einher mit von bislang 90 bis 100 Mio. Dollar auf nun 220 bis 230 Mio. Dollar aufgestockten Investitionen. Mindestens ebenso interessant ist, dass die DRAG das enorm gestiegene Kursniveau bei der Wolfram-Beteiligung Almonty Industries für einen Teil-Exit von 9 Millionen Aktien – das sind ungefähr 40 Prozent des Bestands – mit einem Gewinn von rund 100 Mio. Euro genutzt hat. Zur Einordnung: In den Büchern stand der Anteil von ehemals rund 10 Prozent an Almonty zum 30. September 2025 mit rund 31 Mio. Euro. In der Konzernplanung für 2026 ergeben sich aus den neuen Öl-Parametern sowie der Almonty-Transaktion signifikante Verschiebungen: So geht das neue Basisszenario bei Umsätzen zwischen 260 und 280 Mio. Euro (vorher: 170 bis 190 Mio. Euro) von einem EBITDA (Ergebnis vor Zinsen, Steuern und Abschreibungen) in einer Bandbreite von 290 bis 310 Mio. Euro aus. Die bisherige EBITDA-Planung lag im Basiszenario bei 115 bis 135 Mio. Euro. ...
