Wer sich als Investor für das nahende Listing der Innok Robotics Group AG interessiert, sollte einen Blick in den Bundesanzeiger werfen. Dort ist die HV-Einladung der Yggdrasil SPAC 1 AG für den 21. Oktober 2026 veröffentlicht, die als Vehikel für die Kapitalmarktpläne des Herstellers von Transport-Robotern dient. So werden insgesamt 98 Aktionäre – allen voran die Beteiligungsgesellschaft Prolimity, der Unternehmer Heinz Ferchau sowie Innok-Gründer Alwin Heerkotz oder auch das Business-Angel-Netzwerk Companisto – im Tausch gegen insgesamt 10.023.699 neue Aktien ihre Anteile an der künftigen Innok Robotics Group in die Gesellschaft einbringen. Basis dafür ist ein Bewertungsgutachten an der Innok Robotics GmbH von rund 94,6 Mio. Euro zur Jahresmitte 2026. Grundsätzlich ist eine Mindesthaltedauer (Lock-up) von 18 Monaten vereinbart.
