Einzig die überraschende Kapitalerhöhung zur Stärkung der Bilanz kam nicht überall gut an, selbst wenn das Volumen – bei einem Ausgabekurs von rund 2,55 Euro – mit insgesamt rund 33 Mio. Euro vergleichsweise überschaubar war und die Transaktion entsprechend zügig über die Bühne ging. Mit der jetzt zu den Halbjahreszahlen erfolgten signifikanten Prognosekorrektur für das Gesamtjahr 2025 hat das Unternehmen aber definitiv einer größeren Gruppe von Investoren vor den Bug geschossen. ...
