Vornehm gehört bei Limes Schlosskliniken zur Grundausstattung. Nach einem Abstecher der Präsenz-Hauptversammlung 2025 in das – von der ebenfalls börsennotierten MHP Hotel betriebene – JW Marriott Hotel Frankfurt geht es zur Hauptversammlung (HV) am 19. Juni 2026 zurück ins Sofitel Frankfurt an der Alten Oper. Das eigentlich Besondere an der 2026er-HV des Betreibers von zurzeit sechs Edelkliniken zur Behandlung psychischer Erkrankungen ist jedoch, dass erstmals eine Dividende auf der Agenda steht. Und die fällt mit 10 Euro je Aktie sogar überraschend hoch aus. Kommuniziert hat der Limes-Vorstand den Ausschüttungsvorschlag allerdings bereits Ende April 2026, sodass kurzfristig keine positiven Effekte hieraus mehr zu erwarten sind. Hinzu kommt, dass sich auf Basis des nun schon seit einigen Wochen bei Top-Kursen im Bereich um 500 Euro konsolidierenden Chartverlaufs nur noch eine Rendite von rund 2 Prozent ergibt. ...
