Kein Wunder: Allein die Kombination aus Beteiligungsgesellschaft mit Evergreen-Charakter und einem Fokus auf in Nischen tätigen Softwareunternehmen – mittlerweile sind das immerhin 55 operative Einheiten – gibt es auf dem heimischen Kurszettel so nicht noch einmal. Nun: Vorbild ist am ehesten die hierzulande nicht ganz so bekannte kanadische Constellation Software. Überraschend auch, dass es die nur im Freiverkehr notierte Gesellschaft auf einen Börsenwert nördlich von 910 Mio. Euro bringt und damit innerhalb der nationalen Peergroup auf Platz 2 knapp hinter MBB (Börsenwert: 989 Mio. Euro) und deutlich vor Mutares (Börsenwert: 622 Mio. Euro) und der Indus Holding (Börsenwert: 574 Mio. Euro) liegt. ...
