Dass die in den Bereichen Industrie-PC und -Server sowie Displaylösungen tätige Gesellschaft via Kapitalerhöhung ihre bilanziellen Qualitäten aufbessern wollte, kommt dabei nicht einmal überraschend. Spätestens auf dem Frankfurter Eigenkapitalforum im November 2025 (HIER) hatte CEO Andreas Empl seinen Vier-Punkte-Plan zur Kapitalmarktvitalisierung vorgestellt. Damals klang das Gesamtkonzept allerdings eher aus einer Position der Stärke. Immerhin hatte die Gesellschaft erst wenige Monate zuvor den Zuschlag für einen mehrjährigen Rahmenvertrag für KI-Server im Volumen von voraussichtlich mehr als 100 Mio. Euro gewonnen. ...
