Eine nachhaltige und attraktive Dividendenpolitik hat sich die Beteiligungsgesellschaft Blue Cap auf die Fahnen geschrieben. Konkret inkludiert das neben einer Basisdividende von im Normalfall 0,65 Euro je Aktie eine exitabhängige Bonuszahlung. Für 2024 waren das aufgrund der Verkäufe von Nokra und Neschen immerhin 0,45 Euro je Aktie, womit die Blue Cap-Aktie aus dem Bereich der Mittelstands-Holdings zu den renditestärksten Titeln gehört. Und die Chancen stehen gut, dass die Münchner zur Hauptversammlung (HV) am 23. Juni 2026 erneut eine attraktive Ausschüttung auf die Tagesordnung setzen. Noch lässt sich CEO Henning von Kottwitz zwar nicht in die Karten schauen. Bei seiner Präsentation zur Vorlage der operativen Eckdaten für 2025 sagt er jedoch klipp und klar: „Aktionäre dürfen davon ausgehen, dass es erneut eine deutliche Sonderdividende geben wird.“ ...
