Aus der geplanten Kapitalerhöhung im Zuge des IPO peilt Pfisterer einen Emissionserlös von brutto rund 100 Mio. Euro an. Für 2024 weist die Gesellschaft Erlöse von 383,12 Mio. Euro sowie einen Überschuss von 33,76 Mio. Euro aus. Das Ergebnis vor Zinsen, Steuern und Abschreibungen (EBITDA) verbesserte sich dabei von 51,89 auf 60,15 Mio. Euro. Bilanziell steht das Unternehmen mit einer Eigenkapitalquote von zuletzt 34 Prozent und Netto-Finanzverbindlichkeiten von 47,52 Mio. Euro solide da. ...
