Pünktlich zur Hauptversammlung (HV) am 29. Juli 2026 liefert die Mühlbauer Holding ein operatives Update in Form der Halbjahreszahlen. Und das kann sich sehen lassen: So kamen die Umsätze – insbesondere getragen vom bedeutendsten Segment Tecurity (ID-Systeme) – sehr kräftig um 21,1 Prozent auf 249,90 Mio. Euro voran. Das EBIT (Ergebnis vor Zinsen und Steuern) kam dabei von 11,60 auf 21,99 Mio. Euro voran. Der Gewinn nach Steuern kletterte von 6,41 auf 16,92 Mio. Euro. Das Ergebnis je Aktie verbesserte sich entsprechend von 0,45 auf 1,19 Euro. Ungewöhnlich: Mühlbauer selbst stellt dem zum Halbjahr 2026 erwirtschafteten Ergebnis je Aktie von 1,19 Euro das für das Gesamtjahr 2025 ausgewiesene Ergebnis je Aktie von 1,74 Euro als Vergleichswert gegenüber. ...
