Nun sind die formalen Schritte abgeschlossen und die Aktie des Anbieters von biobasierten Materialien wie Lederersatzstoffen wird im Düsseldorfer Freiverkehr gehandelt. Es gibt derzeit kaum belastbare Stammdaten und Geschäftszahlen der Susmata Holding mit ihren jetzt 40.500.000 ausstehenden Aktien. Boersengefluester.de hat den Titel aber bereits neu in die Datenbank aufgenommen und wird die noch offenen Kennzahlen sukzessive nachtragen. Immerhin hatte die Transaktion der Einbringungsaktien ein Volumen von 80 Mio. Euro. Susmata ist also kein ganz kleiner Neuzugang. ...
