Euro ist tatsächlich noch 2025 über die Bühne gegangen. Das bestätigte nun der Leiterplattenhersteller aus Schramberg. Einher geht die Transaktion – inklusive einiger zusätzlicher Patenveräußerungen – mit einem Mittelzufluss von rund 21 Mio. Euro. Parallel dazu wird sich der Nettoverschuldungsgrad signifikant verringern – und auch die Eigenkapitalquote sollte sich mit nun 20 bis 25 Prozent um etwa 10 Prozentpunkte verbessern. ...
