Februar 2026 ein Softwareentwickler und IT-Service-Unternehmen neu auf dem heimischen Parkett. Grundsätzlich ist die Börse für die Sirma Group aber alles andere als Neuland. So ist die 1992 gegründete Gesellschaft bereits seit 2015 in Bulgarien börsennotiert. Der jetzige Schritt ist also ein Duallisting ohne begleitende Kapitalerhöhung.
